This post serves as a formal public record of our ongoing issues with the GoldBet affiliate program (goldbet.io / goldbet.partners).
After months of ignored outreach, withheld commissions, and a complete breakdown in communication, we are now in the process of moving both domains to our blacklisted section and wanted to document everything transparently for the community.
Our first affiliate payout was processed without issue, fast and correct. However, our second payout request has gone unfulfilled, and the majority of our commission has been sitting in "on hold" status for over 3 months, with no explanation provided and the amount continuing to compound.
No reason has been given. No timeline has been offered. No one has taken ownership of the issue.

We have made exhaustive efforts to reach GoldBet across every available channel.

5) Support Ticket: Submitted a support request and received a reply after 72 hours, only to be told they had "checked the player account."
We immediately clarified this is an affiliate account, not a player account. Since that clarification, there has been complete silence.
6) Microsoft Teams Several messages sent. No replies.
Total contact attempts across all channels: 18+, spanning December 2025 – March 2026.
This is no longer a communication delay, this is a pattern.
The behaviour here ticks several serious boxes:
As of today, GoldBet.io and GoldBet.partners are being moved to our blacklist. We are also actively exploring further options and would welcome input from the community, if anyone else has experienced similar issues with this program, please share below.
To any affiliates currently working with or considering GoldBet: proceed with extreme caution.
